By registering an account with Smmtenor (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Smmtenor is a specialized social media marketing platform under the umbrella of Bdhost.org. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Service Description

Smmtenor provides social media promotional services (Likes, Followers, Views, etc.). These services are intended solely for the improvement of your profile's visual appearance and social proof.

• Engagement Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that new followers will interact with your content. We only guarantee the delivery of the ordered quantity.
• Platform Affiliation: Smmtenor is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

3. User Obligations & Account Safety

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Public Profiles: It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the targeted social media account/post is set to "PUBLIC." No refunds will be issued for orders placed on "PRIVATE" accounts.

4. Payment & Wallet Policy

• No Refunds to Original Payment Method: Once funds are deposited into the Smmtenor wallet, they are non-refundable. You must use the balance for placing orders on our platform.
• Disputes/Chargebacks: You agree that upon making a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
• Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to terminate your account and reverse any delivered services if we detect fraudulent payment activity.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Automated Refunds: If an order fails to deliver or remains "Incomplete," the system will automatically refund the cost of the undelivered portion to your Smmtenor panel balance.
• Partial Delivery: If a service is partially delivered, the remaining balance will be credited back to your account.
• User Error: We are not responsible for incorrect links, duplicate orders placed on the same link simultaneously, or orders placed while another provider's service is active on the same link.

6. Refill & Guarantee Policy

• Refill Period: Services marked with "Refill" carry a specific guarantee period (e.g., 30 days). If a drop occurs within this window, you may request a refill via a support ticket.
• Natural Drops: Social media platforms periodically update their algorithms, which may result in a drop in followers/likes. Smmtenor is not liable for drops beyond the stated refill period.

7. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use our services for any content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, nudity, adult content, or deceptive practices. We reserve the right to cancel such orders without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Smmtenor and its parent company Bdhost.org shall not be held liable for account suspension, shadow-banning, or deletion by social media platforms, or any delays caused by third-party updates.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, and IP address solely for account management. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. All financial transactions are handled via secure encrypted gateways.
